- In cases where competitions are organized in collaboration with third-party organizations or partners, these organizations also reserve the right to use submitted entries for promotional purposes related to the competition.

- Users retain the rights to their original content submitted as entries to competitions. However, by submitting content to the Platform, users grant ZSQuest and its affiliated partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.

- Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit as entries does not infringe upon the copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others. Users must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and grant usage rights to their submitted content.

- Users agree to abide by all relevant laws and regulations and to act in a respectful and ethical manner while using the Platform. This includes refraining from submitting content that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.

- ZSQuest does not assume liability for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of user-submitted content. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZSQuest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the Platform or their violation of these Terms.

- ZSQuest reserves the right to modify or terminate the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice. ZSQuest may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
